Our Story
Started in 2011 by two guys frustrated with their own insurance gaps, Citadel Protection began with a simple idea: help regular people protect what they've worked hard to build. We weren't trying to reinvent the wheel. We just wanted to do one thing well. Early years were rough—lots of learning, some mistakes we won't repeat. But we stuck with it because the work mattered. Over time, word got around. Small businesses called us. Families recommended us to their neighbors. Today we've built something we're genuinely proud of. We're still in București, still taking client calls personally, still treating every asset like it belongs to someone we care about.
